Terms & Conditions
Damages
We strongly encourage all our customers to check your product(s) upon collection/delivery.
Once the item(s) is handed over in perfect condition, Bel Amour will not be liable for any damage.
Cancellation
Cancellation is strictly NOT allowed once payment is made.
You can opt to have the item postponed to be collected/delivered at a later date instead if necessary.
Rescheduling should be arranged 36 hours before delivery date if necessary.
Refunds
Bel Amour will NOT be liable for any damages and NO refunds will be made once the item(s) is handed over in perfect condition.
Bel Amour will only be held responsible if:
- The item(s) is defective upon delivery
- Wrong item(s) is delivered
Do send a picture of proof immediately after you have received the item(s) if necessary.
NO actions will be taken 12 hours after the item(s) is received.
